The Swiss Embassy in Tel Aviv represents the interests of Switzerland in Israel and promotes political dialogue and cultural, economic and scientific cooperation between the two countries. It is also a consular center for Swiss nationals living in Israel.

An administrative assistant attached to the consular section
to complete its team by September 2019 or to be agreed.
As administrative assistant, you would regularly be in contact with the Swiss citizens living in Israel regarding consular affairs and with the various authorities for administrative matters. Your tasks would also involve providing information in relation with Switzerland at the reception, by phone and by e-mail. You would be entrusted with translations in Hebrew-German or French and sometimes in English.
You have a basic formation in the commercial sector or in a similar field. You enjoy public contact and know how to win people over thanks to your availability and your team spirit. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are able to learn the use of new software easily. You master Hebrew. Additionally you master either German, French or Italian. Good knowledge of English and/or Arab is an asset. You are in possession of a valid work permit if you do not have Israeli citizenship.
Occupancy rate: 80 % (32 hours/week)
