Positive Interim Result and a lot of Confidence

Some 350 individuals from Switzerland and from abroad met in Aarau for the Annual Conference on Swiss Cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe. Representatives from the world of politics and from the Federal Administration drew an absolutely positive balance of the first three and a half years, although it remained clear to everyone present that the decisive phase in the implementation of the Enlargement Contribution was still to come as most of the projects in the new EU-Member States were only in the planning phase.
